These terms govern your use of The Pest Control Line websites and call lines, operated by 12P Ventures LLC dba Barracuda Media Group ("we," "us"). By using our sites or calling our numbers, you agree to these terms.
What we are — and are not
The Pest Control Line is a referral and advertising service dedicated to pest control. We are not a contractor, pest control company, exterminator, insurer, adjuster, lender, or emergency service provider, and we do not perform, supervise, or warrant any home services. We connect callers with independent providers or partner networks based on problem type, location, and availability, and we are compensated by the providers and networks that receive those calls.
Emergencies
If there is immediate danger — a severe allergic reaction, fire, gas, or any medical emergency — call 911 or the appropriate emergency service first. Our call line is not an emergency dispatch service.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee provider availability, response time, pricing, estimates, workmanship, licensing, insurance coverage, permits, or outcomes. Provider qualifications, licensing, insurance, pricing, scheduling, and service terms are set by — and should be confirmed directly with — the independent provider before any work begins. Nothing on our sites is insurance, legal, or construction advice.
Call recording and consent
Calls may be recorded for quality, matching, tracking, and dispute documentation where permitted by law, with disclosure where required. If you do not consent to recording, end the call. See our Privacy Policy for how call data is used and shared.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our sites or numbers to place fraudulent, automated, harassing, or test calls; to misrepresent your identity or location; or to interfere with our tracking and routing systems.
Intellectual property
Our sites, branding, and content belong to 12P Ventures LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our sites and call lines are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability arising out of your use of our sites or call routing will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). We are not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship, or pricing of any independent provider or partner network.
Indemnity
You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your dealings with any independent provider, including the services they perform at your property.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
